La Villa Estates staff is totally unprofessional allowing unregistered tenants live on the property,filled with constant loud noise and music, security is in adequate being that several tenants have had their automobiles or motorcycles stolen including mine, security is not alway's on duty at the times management states it will be. The apartment manager instead of solving tenants disputes asks them to handle amongst themselves. I lived there 2 year's and 2 months only to be treated as if I were in an unprofessional manner. Cars drive through the parking lot at 55mph blasting music at all hours. The office workers has changed several times yet the property manager has stayed the same one left after she was assaulted on the property by an unregistered tenant. Who had the night before stolen the tires of an tenants car and left it on bricks on his drug induced binge he went into the office and admitted to the crime and then assaulted the employee. This is definitley not a place you want to live.
