I lived at La Villa for 5 years and left because we bought a house. I searched for a few months before deciding on an apartment and I felt La Villa was the best. It is in a nice area close to shopping on the West Side, Summerlin boarder. The office is pleasant and the Manager is more than willing to listen to your problems and make some kind of resolution. The maintance crew is outstanding. Place a call and usually within an hour they arrive. If they do need to order an obsure part it is quick. I lived in the 2 bedroom which is huge for an apartment and then out grew that and moved into a 3 bedroom. the layout is nice and walls are thick, I didn't hear my neighbors. The complex is very quiet, which I loved especially at nigt. I work grave and could sleep in the daytime there. The grounds are clean and well kept. Plenty of visitor parking and a beautiful pool. The rent is a little higher than others, but you truly get what you pay for. Saving on an apartment is not always a good idea, since you spend most of your time there. Neighbors are nice and mostly keep to themselves. There are functions at the club house, with a nice gym and sauna. My best advice is to visit there and I am sure you will enjoy it as I did.
