I have to say that I have lived in several apartments through out Las Vegas and this one was by far the worst. It started out before I even moved in. They gave me the wrong desposit amount, had me sign the paper agreeing to pay it and then told me that the woman who added it is dyslexic and it would be another $100. After I moved in I would constantly get unimportment notices on my door including one telling me to stop hanging rugs outside my door (i don't even own a rug). They even called me once at work just to ask if I had been playing my stereo too loud, which I wasn't and never have. I had to keep my windows shut year round because the people downstairs decided to keep they're door open all the time leaving me to hear them screaming at each other around the clock and their cigarette smoke smelling up my whole apartment. After I moved out I got a nice little bill for over $3000 stating that I left the apartment that I spent 2 days cleaning and painting filthy! This place is a total rip off, the staff has no idea what they're doing and the manager is the biggest ----- I ever met in my life, if you go to her with any problems, expect nothing but an attitude in return.

I too have resided in a few apartment complexes since I moved to Las Vegas. I LOVE La Villa. I have lived here almost 10 years now and the staff is great! The maintenance staff are curtious and come and take care of any problems right away. Not there there are many! I find the manager and her staff to be very helpful and they take care of any problems very professionally. The grounds are kept up, the trash never piles up... I don't know where this person lived but it is really a quiet complex. Security makes sure of that!! I give this complex a great big FIVE!!!
