We have been living here since 2008 and just signed another year lease. The 2 bedroom apartment is great, very spacious througout. The office staff is so-so. Big turnaround. Since we've been here there have been many that have come and gone. Only 2 faces in the office remain: Vivian and Nancy. Maintenance guys are great except for Jerry. He thinks he owns the place and does talk down to you. I think it's time for him to retire. The biggest problem we have is with the pool. It seems like every week they are shutting it down for something (granted it's only for a day but still...to have to walk from the south end of the complex all the way to the pool in the heat...with little ones...that's not cool!) The least the office can do is post a notice on our door to let us know the goings-on of the pool, ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS! Our parking spot is ideal. Noise is at a minimum. Walls are thick...don't hear much from our neighbors all around.
