I lived at La Villa for a few years and just left recently. When I first moved in the place was pretty nice. The neighbors were nice, the staff was courteous, and the complex was kept up well. In the last year the Corporate office must have decided to cut back on maintaining this property. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are consistently being shut down. Lawn maintenance has gone from weekly to biweekly service. The complex has become noisy, less friendly, and more ghetto.When the pool is actually in service you have thugs hanging around cursing loudly around children. Where is the security or staff' Most of the staff is nice except for the manager, she is extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property because it's on the verge of becoming Section 8 housing.
