I have lived in 7 different luxury apartments during the past 25 years and La Villa Estate is by far the very best. Here's why:

* Great location in Las Vegas with low crime rate with Summerlin across the street with its $350,000 and $1,000,000 plus homes. Easy access to Route 215 and only 22 minutes to the airport.

* The Property Manager and Office Staff provide exceptional service in a professional manner and promptly handle all requests. They also enforce the rules and regulations for the benefit of its residents.

* The Maintenance Staff are great and have always responded within 2 hours of the few requests made to the office. They also fix the problem and do not have to be called back.

*The buildings are well constructed. I lived on both the first and second floor and never heard any noise from the apartment above or below ours.

* Parking is ample and well-lit. Never had a problem with visitor parking.

* Lighting: Light outside front door and lights on buildings are automatically turned on from dusk to dawn making it easy to see surroundings and safer to walk.

* Balcony rather than a patio on the first floor apartments that are approx. 4 1/2 ft high and walls which provides additional privacy. Large storage closet included.

* Semi Annual Inspections of all apartments to ensure that all smoke detectors are working, checking for water leaks, etc... to make each apartment safer for the residents. Fire extinguisher outside front door.

* Neighbors are friendly and always say hello. We purchased a patio table and 2 chairs when we first moved in and had to call our daughter and boyfriend who lived 2 miles away to help us carry it. During the 5 or 10 minutes we were waiting outside with the car trunk raised, 3 different people driving down the road stopped and asked if we needed help. I was very surprised when the first person stopped and offered to help, but could not believe it when 2 more stopped to help.

Grounds: Attractive and well-kept.

Overall Rating: An excellent rating in all regards and a place we are happy to call home.

Totally agree sounds like an ad to me. With all the recent break ins in the area they should increase security but they don't.

This review most likely written by the Property Manager. This place has turned into an absolute sh**hole.
