When I first moved in (about 3 years ago), the price was just right. Since then, however, Club Pacific employees have come and gone so quickly I never know who I'm going to hand my next rent check to. Management has also changed hands, but I haven't seen an increase in quality of living. My biggest complaint is that everything seems rather run-down now, and not worth the price they're charging. When my latest lease ends, I plan on leaving for greener pastures.

The positives' The location is great, it's a rather quiet place, and they allow pets. Quite a few UNLV students room up here, but unless you live right next to the partiers, you really don't hear the expected commotions.
