I am just a renter and OMG beware of the renter, I moved in about 8 months ago and it is very quiet, I hardly ever see anyone around the only problem I have with the place is the garbage dumpsters. I have called many time to property management and complained about the garbage dumpsters. If the dumpsters are over loaded with garbage the garbage men are not going to pick up the overflow so when they pick up the dumpster with the truck all the overflow falls to the ground which means they can not get the dumpster back into the area where the dumpster belongs so they just leave it in the middle of the drive way and it makes the property look ghetto. So it you don't want to live in the ghetto then don't overflow the dumpsters or call the property management and complain. That is why people do not like renters because renters do not care about the property because all they have to do is leave the property and go somewhere else and do the same thing to that property.
