Theses are nice at first glance, but when you look closer this is not a desirable residence. There are many issues with the HOA. There are a whole diffrent set of rules for the owners and renters. The security is horrible at their job. Parking can be a nightmare. There is an issue with scorpions inside, and water bugs outside.
