LOOK around you! There are "owners" who have dogs bigger that what are suppose to be permitted!

The last large dog was removed from this property, after the owner was fined. The largest dog on property is around 45-50 pounds, well under the 60 pound limit.

Why does the manager always reply as Anonymous? And if this isn't the manager, they should not be replying with administrative facts like this (in an opinion forum) without identifying themselves as an entity that is privy to such [genuine] information. In all earnest...this is exactly the way the HOA thinks. You accept what you are told or given as guidelines. Do not think to question anything, as 'they' know best. What a load of manure.
