I have lived in Lake Mead Estates for about 9 months now. We are looking forward to our lease to be over. We are going to see if we can move early do to security reasons. We had two pages worth of thigns wrong with the apartment when we moved in (one toilet didn't work, the stove had only two burners working, no floor boards, both bathroom sinks have cig. burns all over, the water heater broke and ruined all my Christmas decorations, kitchen sink disposal broke, the front door lock was jammed and a whole lot more) NONE were fixed. We have gone up there around 20 times. One time they came to fix the water heater then left the old one there for a week - then they came to fix the kitchen sink after two weeks when we fixed it our selves. My room mate has had his car stolen once and the windows broke out TWICE - my car has had the locks drilled out twice which was $280.00 to fix both times. We don't even have the bets cars here either, just normal. We live right next to the busy street so you can't leave a window open cause even aat night with them closed you have to turn something on to drown out the noise. We have yet to get an assigned parking spot so we have to just find a spot or park on the street which most people do.

The grounds are kept up ok - they rather take care of that then the apartments that need fixing. The size of the apartments are not bad - I just wish they would keep them up.
