It takes a long time for them to repair anything broken in your apartment. If ever they decide to do some work they will give you only 24 hours notice.

My car got broke into. They told me they cant do anything about it.
In daytime you will see a lots of children playing in the parking lot. And at night you'll hear loud music from teenagers outside. Police comes almost every week.
It will take days before they come for maintenance. And they keep on raising the rent.
The surounding smell because the trash will be overflowing before it gets pick up.
They also sold this place three times for the last year but now the new name is "Lantana Apartments". Still very old like maybe around 30 yrs or more but they painted the buildings to make it look newer.

2 sewage leaks- living in it, 1 bomb scare, and 5 gun shots into car, police chasing teenagers, teenagers hopping the fence, cussed out by teenagers trying to enjoy the pool when it was clean. Took picture and wrote letters to the management. It just don't matter. When I brought all of this to their attention about the trashy premises, pools, broken laundry window, chemical buckets in pool closet open, they retaliated with an eviction notice while trying fix up a big mess. Lord knows.... I hope the owner sees this.... I thought I saw the owner checking the gates of the pool. He sure asked if the gates worked NOT thats days after I brung my pictures in. Owner I sure like to give you an ear full It's amazing seeing all the clean up in such little time. Mr. Manager full of it. If it wasn't for me bring it to management attention none of the work would have gotten done. The broken laundry window that kids can hurt themselves on I took the pictures and told management
