LANTANA FULL OF IT in 2007 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The pool are unkempt health hazard signs on 2 pools, 1 draining as I write, making it a dog park. MAGIC pool went from green to milky in 3 days with the help of a bag of chlorine and bleach. SSSShhh don't tell no one. I want a job like the pool man. Pour a bag of chlorine and get paid $$$$$ Sewage leak 20 days moving in here oops I forgot to get flood insurance or renters insurance. NOT THERE PROBLEM Maintenance didn't bother to help clean the mess. Happened again the other day. Busted pipes in the wall. Want to go swimming on a hot summer day, wait a minute lets jump the fence or squeeze through the bars if your skinny enough. The bars are already broken. The health inspector came out its a health hazard CHILDREN do not swim in the pools. Please have your children checked. You would have thought the management would have sent out a letter. Maintenance suck big time. Act like they are cleaning for a good 30 minutes in the morning blowing leaves around. Next thing you know there gone. Probably in the St. Charleston building hiding out watch television in that good ole air condition. SSSShhhhh don't tell the manager... he's doing the same thing in his comfy chair kicking it in the clubhouse. As for my air condition it was broke for a month. 3 weeks later he fixed it. Shabby apartments in the back of Lantana. Shotting , car getting stolen, bomb scare, robbing. Owner it's not your fault that you hired an arrogant person to run your property.
