The Worst From: melsinlv@cox.net Date posted: 9/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   What a scam I lived in Loma Vista only six months. First they charge you 150 cleaning fee, which when moving out turns into a restoration fee. The horrible managment had the nerve too try to charge me for sweeping floors vacuming wiping down counters. The place was bareley dirty when she told me it would be a couple hundred in cleaning fees. when asked what the cleaning fees I paid 150 she said none of it goes toward cleaning it goes for restoration. Restorate what I only lived in the rat hole for 6 months No holes in walls nothing> Dont bother with this dump
