I saw this complex online and was told it was an "A " property and neighboring properties were "A" or "B " in comparison.
I was also told my one bedroom unit has marble tile, a tv in the kitchen, track lighting and big closets.
I had about 9 marble tiles at the door, track lighting in the kitchen, and a huge closet in the dining room.
The advertising is deceptive and it's not worth what you pay.
By comparison, other properties have larger tubs, crown molding, and a better layout.
I would not recommend this property.
