All the 8 properties are built that looks good but its fragile and cheap inside, including halo walls that conversations are heard from next apartment.
No privacy protection from apts to apts.
Roaches (big and smalls) disgustingly appears in the middle of the night from sinks and drainages of the bathtub!
THe Managers didn't even try to do anything to help nor return calls.
Can't recommend Ovation Property Management due to the lazy managers that works there who never returns to calls from problems of the property.
Be careful to be tricked into renting there!

I agree with you whole heartedly! If you aor anyone else wants to email me I am taking them to court with some other individuals. We could use your statement to help make them accountable for their actions these last few years. Many tenants have suffered and knew not what do because of a bogus law firm that is really just a front!

10. The rent high-not worth the money 9. roaches 8.dirty pools/broken glass 7.appliances break down over and over again 6. Air-conditioning weak and breaks-down often 5.will keep any deposit you give them with excuses. 4.the office likes to play games(drama) 3.takes around 5 minutes of running water to get hot water from sink faucet(big water waste) 2.the model you look at is the only good apartment(bait and switch) AND the number one reason 1.English is not understood by the office staff. If you think I am telling lies? go find out the hard way.
