I've lived at the Madera the past 7 months and overall I've had a good experience. Very quiet community, well lit and overall I feel very safe here.
Sometimes I feel like I live in a retirement community though so if your looking for a lot of young people, this is not the place for you.
Maintenance is very good! Any time I've had a problem they've helped me out right away. Landscaping could be trimmed a lot more often! On several occasions, I've found water bugs in my apartment but they spray for them upon request. You'll find them dead instead. There are a ton of bugs around the pool at night though.
Rent has gone up almost $150 since January but it seems as though that is true of all of LV.
Interior of the apartment is great! I never hear my neighbors and I have a ton of storage. I must have looked at 20 apartments before moving here and overall I am glad I chose Madera.
