Ok, some of the staff are nice but the apartment manager, Laura is an un-caring -----!!! I had an incident where my neighbors downstairs were shooting off hand-guns at 2 in the morning in front of our apartment because they were involved in some kind of domestic dispute and she tried to tell me it was all "in my head" and that the neighbors were "harmless!" WTF' The cops were called and everything and she tried to deny it even happened!! She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. The apartments themselves are nice although I don't think they EVER clean the upstairs apartment windows. The apartments are also very over-priced considering that I looked around at others on the same street and they were a few hundred dollars less expensive per month AND they were newer than the Maderas. I wouldv'e moved when my lease was up except for the fact that I didn't want to move all my furniture and stuff just to live somewhere for another 6 months at the most. If I was looking for an apartment, I would DEFINITELY shop around before picking the Maderas...do your homework first!!!

Wow I'm glad I read your review I'm getting ready to relocate on a temp bases to Summerlin from San Diego. I will definitely put a big FAT NO next to Madera Apts. Thank you!!!
