I am a long time resident of these apartments.

I would not recomend living here at all.

The location is nice, in a great area of town, but this place really sucks.

It was very nice when we moved in but in recent years it has become rundown.

yes there is a roach problem, but this is Vegas, there's going to be bugs.

The real problem came when we found a scorpion in our house last spring of 08.

We phoned the office to inform them and ask for sprayers to come to specifically spray for scorpions, and the apartment manager laughed and said that we were IMAGINING things!!! We imaginied a scorpion''' After 2 more incidences of this, we finally put one in a plastic bag and brought it to her, threw it on her desk and said we want sprayers and NOW.

We have 2 small dogs, and if anything were to happen to them because of a scorpion, we would be devastated.

The management does nothing about neighbors that are horrible to live by, even if police are called multiple times in the middle of the night.

The maintenance manager is disgusting, and treats people horribly.

He doesn't care about you at all.

We have had to ask several times to get anything done when we have a problem.

The workers themselves are very nice and good people, it's just the maintenance manager, he is complete scuz.

We have had several issues with the management and because of that, we are moving down the street to morning star.

They are newer, nicer, and most importantly cheaper!!
