The apartments are clean and upkept. The neighbors are quiet for the most part. As far as roaches, they are everywhere in Vegas. Just tell the workers and they will spray every wednesday for you. The security sucks, gates are always broken but vandalism hasn't been a problem. Better stay on the sdiewalks though. THere is dog poop everywhere. The tenants never clean up after their animals.
