Beware!!! This place is a dump.Landlord/manager worthless From: sincity4u Date posted: 8/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Where do I begin' Wish we never moved here.To start we had a set move in date all was packed and ready to move 7 days before move in office says the occupants are staying one more month.Ahhhhgggggg!when finally inspecting apt (1month later)A long list of repairs and maintanance is found by us and provided on move-in repair/inspection sheet.(to this day only 20% is completed.)1 month in the upstairs apt shower leaked into our bathroom had to remove items maintanance tore out ceiling and did not repair for 7 months!!!! ROACHES,ROACHES are everywhere (we are so clean its scary)never lived with pests.Asked that carpet be replaced it was shampooed prior to move in but as soon as it dried deep dark oil stains appeared carpet is shot even the manager(Ann) walked through a couple weeks after we raised hell and complaind and was shocked said she would fix everything immediatly that was 7 months ago.NEED I SAY MORE.
