All apartments kinda suck and I would, of course, prefer a house but for being apartments these are great!!! I have lived in a bunch of different apartments all over town and none compare to this one.

Good things: People in the office and maintenance staff are quick, smart, and nice. They allow big dogs up to 50 lbs which is great because I have a big dog. All the dog owners are very very good about cleaning up after their dogs. Or someone in the maintenance staff does it. I dont know who cleans it up but someone does. Apartments are spacious and have a pantry. Good closet space. Gated. Okay parking. Quiet unless you live in an apartment facing Tropicana which I do but I got used to the noise within a week. Not ghetto at all! Sure, once you leave outside the gated area it is a little bit ghetto but not really and the actual complex is well taken care of. Great neighbors. Lots of kids running around and parents chasing after them but always people outside which can be a good thing.

Bad things: Toilets are not that great for the people out there who love to use a whole roll of toilet paper every time. Cockroaches but that goes along with any apartment. Kind of a hastle to have to punch in the code for the gate all the time. Washer and dryers are in the outside storage room and I would prefer them inside.

These apartments are great, clean, cheap, and allow big dogs. It is a perfect choice for people who are trying to save money but still want to live in a decent area in an above average apartment.
