Well, I've been here for about 8 months now and I'm wishing I went somewhere else. This place is full of illegal aliens that let their kids run loose causing havoc, breaking bottles, etc. Some of them sub-lease rooms and then the parking becomes a nightmare.
The staff I'm sure has some quota for this sort of thing because they speak spanish. This has got to stop. There is no security at night anymore and sometimes the front gate goes days without repaires. The back gate is currently WIDE OPEN and there have been burglaries.
Please consider Green Valley or Summerlin. Stay clear out of the east side for your securitys sake.
