I've lived here for about two years & at first we thought it was nice, after living in a nasty apt. in a little ghetto area of Henderson. But,since being here it's gotten worse & worse! We were told there was security guards who patrolled at night, that was a lie. My car ended up getting stolen while parked in our "gated" parking lot. The people who lived under us when we first moved in continuously played their music to the point where things would shake in our apt. at all hours of the night & early morning. We would complain & nothing would ever be done. They moved out & of course the people who moved in do the same exact thing! There is a horrible smell coming from our bathroom pipes that won't go away. They have stopped cleaning garbage thrown all over the grounds & trimming the bushes & tree branches back, so now there are HUGE BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS every where! There were a few at first but there are seriously a lot more now. We have to be careful walking down the walkway because there webs are all under the over grown bushes, so they are right by your feet. They're also forming webs all along our stairway which is awesome. We're definitely not resigning our lease when it's up this time around! I've seen way nicer & safer places for cheaper than this nasty place!
