I have lived at mandalay bay for 8 months I love it there. I have never had a problem with the managers or maintanance. And its funny how in this world that when something is good people never go out of there way to say so but if they didnt like something they go out of there way to make sure people know. Our living enviornment is what we make it. The rent is reasonably priced and is in a great area. If the person who left the last review, wanted the Ritz they should get a better job and make more money and go live in real GREEN VALLEY. anyways I love MANDALAY BAY its a nice peaceful place to live. And you know what else I have lived in 2 different apartments a two bedroom and now Im in a 1 bedroom I have never seen a SCORPION in either apartment or ROACH or even a SPIDER.

I think this was written by the owner...this place is roach and scopion infested. And if you can afford to live somewhere else I highy recommend it. This place is a rat race. BEWARE

You think? Well you are wrong, the owner did not write this. This response is from the same person who wrote the review. BEWARE is the right word from these people who are trouble makers. They make false accusations and lie about anything to get other peoples attention and sympathy. They will do anything to make people look bad.

I agree it is INDEED someone in that money hungry office putting up all these good reviews. I lived there for almost 3 years. There are roaches, scorpions and rats! Anyone who says different is a complete liar with no conscience!! The facilities such as jacuzzi, pool, etc. are closed or being "worked on" more often than they are available to residents. For the record I never owed them $, always paid rent on time and never caused ANY trouble. To even make such a statement just verifies that the response was sent from the owner or staff. If justifying your negative actions by accusations as such calling people "troublemakers" or saying they owed $ to your money hungry slumlord and deserved to live in an infested apartment makes you sleep better at night than so be it. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! SCORPIONS<> RATS<> ROACHES<>ALL TRUE!

Who ever wrote this comment is without a doubt getting some kind of kick-back, like a little money off there rent....you like how I said LITTLE....they are so darn cheap here! And yes stay away all the negative comments are so true, But they did not mention the dirty disease ridden pigeons that are so out of control messy! (YUK)
