This is a great place to come home to. The owners take good care of the property, it is apparent they care about the property and their tenants. The managers are courteous, cheerful, and always show concern to the needs of their tenants. The apartments (homes) are cozy, well cared for and comfortable. The location is superb, I can be anywhere I need to be in minutes. This is a small community nested within a busy city. It gives the tenants a since of home, from the time you pull onto the property, leave your parking space and walk to your apartment home. The neighboring tenants are friendly and quiet, and I could not ask for a better place to live. Erlinda appears to the the backbone of the property, and she is a wonderful person. She has a friendly and caring personality,and what a doll, we all look forward to her coming to the property. She runs this property with a tight fist, and that is what makes us all feel secure.
