You think you want to live here because its henderson, and cheap' Think again. We only lived there for six months, and couldn't wait to get out. We stayed in a one bedroom and our power bill was over 100 dollars every month! Because the dryer was broken! And they came over to 'try' to fix it, but they never did. You had to run for two hours to get one normal load dry. I flat out told the matenience guys 'we need a new dryer' they said 'no, we will fix it', but they never did. I feel bad for the person or persons who got the apartment after us.

And the front office lady, what a pain she was. Never wanted to answer questions she just wanted the rent. And you couldn't pay with checks, only money oders, How screwed up is that' Please look elsewear.

We will never know if this person is telling the truth. Most people who write nasty reviews are often the troublemakers. They owe money, they don't pay rent on time, etc. I believe that any company or business will do their best to make their customers happy.

I guess this is not a reply from the owner/office either. I can attest to what this person is saying I too had the same issue (there is no insulation in those apartments)when I was residing at Mandalay Bay apartments. My electric bill was always over $100 and my place was relatively small. I'm now living in a larger apartment (1 extra bedroom) and I'm paying LESS in rent AND my electric bill!! I would not even recommend this complex to someone I dislike.
