Mark I is one of those places that look good from outside but once you sign your lease, life isn's so great anymore. Mainly because the place is way overpriced and you don't get your moneys worth. all there is is a good view but that cannot make up for those ugly smelly carpets and unpainted walls everywhere. Do not move here
