please, the last review is obvious management wrote it, the apartment building looks great from the outside, but just enter the lobby where the elevators are, old, the characters that are moving into the building are worse and worse, the good ones all are leaving, one guy got evicted because he was dealing drugs off his floor, great huh, but if something is broken they respond to it fast, but COCKROACHES love the building, great hideaway for them, everything is constantly broken in the apartment, can hear neighbors, but I read reviews for other buildings as well and its average, nothing good nothing bad, my suggestion, move into a recently built apartment so everything did not have a chance to get broken and become old and falling apart

Wow, how time flies by. I moved into the MARK I TOWERS (Apt. #702) on July 2, 1976. More than 31 years ago now, wow!!! The building was brand spanking new then and one of the best addresses in Las Vegas at that time. In fact, only Regency Towers in the LVCC was more prestigious than the Mark I. My rent was $260 a month for the studio apt., and everything was shiny and wonderful. You could park in the garage or on the deck, and there was a restaurant downstairs. The AC frooze you, and you could close the blind and make cool night during a hot summer day. So sorry to read about the apparent downhill spiral that has befallen this building in which I have such wonderful memories in the mid-1970s. Those were the days, hmmm!? :~))
