Poor maintenace. Plumbing is terrible. Water lines always breaking that causes whole buildings to go without. Controlled access is a joke since the gate is usually broken. Management slow to react to problems.Steady tenants are impossible to find. Tenants work on vehicles in parking lot making a mess. They are NOT luxury apartments.Had to pick up mail at the post office due to rampant mail theft. Post office refused to deliver until boxes were made secure.Management stopped doing police background checks. Criminal element present. Fire in one building
