Signed a six month lease with first month free as offered. One week after moving in we were told the one month free was not available with six month lease only 12 month lease. We were told if we didn't resign a new 12 month lease we would be charged for our first month even though we already had a signed lease agreement. We have had two flood since moving in. No pool, no security gate and constant harrassment from managment since we are in a high profile unit.
