I gave a $100 dollar Deposit down while they did a background check. They told me that I qualified, then once I arrived with all my things, they informed me that I would be getting a downstairs when I told them I wanted an upstars. I'm not a fan of cockroaches. I told them I didn't want the place & I was going to look elsewhere and I was smiled at and told that the $100 was not refundable. I was very upset by this and moved in Anyway because all my things were packed and with me out in a truck and car. I like this place because it is close to work, but the gate is broken almost daily, and the security guard has many extra gate arms for when it breaks. Security is non existant here and their is a big Cockroach problem here, or as the office workers call'em (Water Bugs). Nobody uses the hot tub outside. I think it is because of the "Water Bugs". I find about 6 cockroaches per day dead in my apartment, sometimes still moving about my things. I found them inside my clothes, in my boxes, and you can't walk to the mail box at night without catching a few under foot. This place should be Called CoachRoach-Villa-unsecure-Haven-Ant-Home Apartments (next to waterbug Road).
