In the last year I have never seen a guard at the gate. The gate is broken most nights. I have never lived anywhere where gates are replaced this often. The dishwasher does not clean dishes and I have had maintenance look at it several times, each time I'm told there is nothing wrong with the dishwasher. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I never have a hot shower and the hot water heater is on high. Hot water is sporadic in all faucets and takes more than 5 minutes with only the hot water tap running to even get warm water. The spa tub is moldy and nothing will get rid of it. I live in one of the interior apartments and none of the paths are lit. My lease is ending and I can't be happier.
