The management is arrogant and lazy. I lived on the ground floor but everytime it rains, my apartment flooded. One of the so called maintenance guys was fired for drug usage. when my upstairs neighbors waterline broke, the "24 hour emergency" maintenace guy took his sweet time to arrive. Tried to show a friend a 2 bedroom apartmant but the model was always occupied by Sally's relatives on the weekends. Controlled access is a farce since he gate is broken every weekend. Metro raided a crack apartment. management would not do anything to evict prior to raid despite my video evidence. THe grounds are over-watered to the point of black mold formng on the outside of the buiding. The rent is cheap but then so are other ghetto tenements. Water turned off monthly to repair old lines. some buildings so old that they are sinking. Sally and the little homoe brandon are related.

Hey Avoid,
Be carefull. I pissed off managment like you're doing and they entered my apartment and stole my stuff. They used an office key so there was no forced entry. Every one thought I was lieing because there was no evidance of a break in. Im telling you if I was you I would change the locks. It only cost a couple bucks and any one with a screw driver can do it. Just dont leave the locks on your place that they have a key to. I dont have facts because this did not happen to me but a friend of mine that lived there, a single lady, said she awoke one morning and saw the security guy in her living room.
It cant hurt...just change your locks. It cost like $20 and it will help keep those Mayan Plaza pricks out of your place.
