We've lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and the stay has been pretty good. The maintenance comes when called and usually fixes the problem right away. The office staff is very nice and personable. The grounds are kept nice, but the noise from the grounds keepers can be annoying. The apartments are pretty clean but getting the carpet cleaners to come around is a joke. There is a minor problem with cockroaches, but the property is sprayed every month. Most of the cockroaches we've found have been dead, but there have been a few live ones. We still had cockroaches when we lived in a top floor apartment. We haven't had any problems with ants. If you don't mind bugs it isn't bad. And in all reality if you don't leave food out or on the floor the bugs stay away.
