Mayan Plaza Apartments

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULES!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST RIDICULES APARTMENT COMPLEX IN THE WORLD. THE MAINTENANCE CREW TAKES LITERALLY FOREVER TO FIX THINGS AND HALF THE TIME THEY DO QUICK FIXES THAT FALL APART A COUPLE DAYS LATER. MY LEASE IS UP IN LIKE 2 MONTHS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED MY LAUNDRY DOOR AND I SIGNED A 13 MONTH LEASE. THERE WAS A ROOF LEAK IN MY LIVING ROOM FOR MONTHS THAT JUST GOT FIXED. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. IT HAS BEEN HELL LIVING HERE. FOR WHAT THIS PLACE OFFERS THEY NEED TO RETHINK THE RATES BECAUSE $900 FOR A 2X2 IS ABSURD!!!!!!!!
