This is the worst place for anyone to live. The managment is absolutely unhelpful. Do not get deceived by the unusually good lawns (the only positive thing)
I am here for the last one year and will not renew my lease. This place is full of bugs. They are religiously taking over my apartment in the night and converting it to a bugs NFL playground. They are in my bed, kitchen, bathroom, everywhere. The usual pest control people visit and spinkle the "holy water" on which the roches thrives. My request to change the apartment to The Managers Sally and Brandon fell on deaf ears. The maintenance staff is changing so frequently and they do not know the head and tail of anything. Do not opt for this place unless you want to taste the pitthole of hell.

I moved out of Mayan Plaza last month because the Manager told me to pay a cat deposit or get out. I think this policy is wrong. How do these people keep there jobs?

The Apartment is somewhat ok for the rent. But opt for this place only after the Triumvirate Sally, Brandon and cheril are kick out from the property.
