I've lived in Mayan Plaza for one (1) year now and I'm definitely renewing my lease. The staff is courteous and prompt in their responses to concerns re: repairs and landscaping. I've never waited more than a day for repair/replacement, including same day replacement when my dishwasher shorted out. I always recommend Mayan Plaza to family and friends in the valley and will continue to do so.

No, I'm not Brandon or Sally, but you made your point. I'm sorry to read your experience with MP was so negative, but so far my apartment has been fine, even during storms. Maybe I got lucky...

If your roof doesn't leak...your pipes will break or your neighbors will flooding you out. see photo posted. Or you won't have any water because the mains leak or break elsewhere. I love how sally uses the model for her visiting relatives too!
