Above average. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I've been in the apartment/real esate business for about 5 years. I've worked on a profesional basis with over 1000 apartments, and lived in 5 or 6 apartments in diffrent cities. The staff here is good, the apartments have great design. I did have a fried visit for a few days and had his car broken into, but that was the only problem of that kind (Vegas rough city afterall) I have noticed that the quality of my neighbors is going down a little. Overall I would suggest this property to anyone.
