Bad Bad Manager
Stuff are not there when you need them.
Rarely if they pick up the phone.
Poooooooooooooooooor maintenance

Buldings looks good, but they are sooooo bad. Everything brake easy. they cut the water without notice. Electric cut without notice. It took 5 months to fix the only second laundry facility they have. Laundry facility broke most of the time.
No washer and dryer connections in the apartments.

Manager is missing to pick up her son from school.

It's really a bad bad place.

You must have the wrong apts because Monico Park does not have laundry facilities. We have our own washer & dryer in each apt.
