Hi, well I live in Montana since almost 3 months now and I really like it. and to the baby person who wrote the negative review - I am glad they did not let you move in cause I prefer no crying babies in my apartment complex anyway! and which sane person would move in two people and a baby in a 1 bedroom apartment'!
I like the complex, it is nice and quiet, I like that they really take care and are selective towards its residents, the gate is always closed and there is no universal code for it so all the guests have to actually call each time to be let in - and that is way safer and more secure! To the management - Keep up the good work!

I totally agree with Tara...Montana is a great place to live!! Yes, we are condo owners, my husband and I have stayed at the condo many times since we purchased it in 2006. We have a tenant who has made the condo his residence shortly thereafter and he's more than happy with the 2-BDR, 2 bath arrangement. The amenities both inside and outside (2 pools, sauna, entertainment center, etc.) are more than enough. Security and upkeep are up to par. To this, we thank management. Indeed, I highly recommend Montana Properties to anyone looking for something more than just apartment living.
