Mountain Creek Apartments

This place sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived here for two years. When I first moved in it was great! The staff was wonderful, then it started....New staff, rude, didn't care about their tenants, etc...then new management. No one picks up after their dogs and I have complained many times about people letting their dogs out to go potty, unattended or off leashes, seems that did me no good. Now they started remodeling the place, putting in grass, trees, painted all the apartments, even put in a security gate, nice huh' Well, guess what! They did all this because they are making them into condo's. The resisdents now have the choice of either buying a unit or moving out. I can't believe this is even legal! And they don't even have the nerve or courtesy to let their tendants know. They STILL haven't told anyone. I think this is unfair. Now I find myself having the huge expense of having to move again. I would NEVER buy one of these, since they are apartments, never can be considered condo's. And they are asking $90,000 for a one bedroom' What a joke. This place is not going to make it. DON'T MOVE HERE! You'll regreat it.
