How dare they neglect their tenants for years, and when they do make changes, it is because they are converting them into condos...and believe me brother, for 90K, these units are not worth it! The grounds are barren, with dirty brown grass and dead trees, and the parking lot dominates the whole front which makes the whole complex hot as blazes all summer. The lights on some stairways still do not work, the front gate is easily gotten into, and the staff is rude and does not care one wit about you...unless, that is, you are buying a dump from them....Avoid this place like the plauge and save up for a REAL HOUSE....

This is all true. When I lived there the place was a first class dump. Now, as condos, the complex looks more like a dump than ever. Half empty "units" lining the overpass near Smoke Ranch with grafitti all over them. broken windows, grass with dog poo all over the front, and kids hanging out all night right out in front. And for what? 150K in a soft housing market?
