The biggest complaint I have about this apartment complex is that the floorplan isn't very good for having a roommate. They only have 2 bedroom apartments, and the master bedroom is about twice as big as the second bedroom. It works out well for myself, my wife and my roommate, but not great for two single roommates. Also, the master bath only has a roman tub - you can't shower in it.
At the phase of the complex I live in now (the one with the rental office on Tamarus St), the walkways are not very well lit. My old apartment was a bit noisy and nerve-wracking, but it was on the driveway of the Reno Av phase, and apartments on the driveway are all noisy. If you're looking for the apartment equivalent of a 5-star hotel, this is not for you, but if you don't have a car and you attend UNLV, this is a pretty good set-up.

No problems with break ins. Had a package stolen off my front porch once, but that's it. I haven't lived there in over a year now, though.
