Like most places, there are some cockroaches (and we're pretty clean). It's a little bit run down, but not ghetto. Other than that, though, Manager is friendly and responsive, area is not terribly loud, and I think the neighborhood is pretty vibrant (mostly Hispanic) and has a GREAt taco truck on weekends. Convenient to highway, downtown, Strip, airport, etc. Have enjoyed living here for 2 years.
