The maintenance is horrable and lazy!!!! They have 3 different pools and none of them are open. The office said in April they were gonna open...I am still waiting. What is the point in paying all this money for an apartment with a pool, if there isn't one. Also there is alot of spiders...The floorplan is pretty, but I would not move here.

This review is obviously a little over emotional. I have never had any problems with maintenance taking too long to fix things. The manager is johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to fixing problems. I do not use the pools so I cannot comment on that aspect but it seems a bit harsh to give a glaring negative review of the whole living experience because the pool is closed. I do agree that there are spiders but I do not feel that this is a legitimate complaint. We are not talking 'Kingdom of the Spiders' here, it is simply an older complex and when the weather gets warm you start seeing spiders; mostly outside, occasionally inside. A little spray and they go away, no more than anywhere else as far as I'm concerned.

I've been here since march of 2008, and the reviewer is right this place really sucks, the management is not responsive to any problems the pools still remain closed as of today by the health department,the apartment are nice on the inside but the grounds are not kept at all.

if you love cockroaches-nasty office personnel-broken/filthy appliances-holes in walls-sloppy maintenance (if you get any at all) you will love it here
