I have been living here at Newport Cove East for close to four years now and it has been a great experience. The apartments were built back in the late 70s so the normal wear and tear of three decades will show a bit here and there. However, the floor plan (and there is only one) is spacious and big. Square footage is great and if you have an upstairs apartment you get vaulted ceilings as a bonus. The price for the current market is very reasonable.

The manager of this property has been here a couple of years and is extremely responsible. He screens new tenants carefully and fairly and if there are any problems he deals with them quickly and efficiently. The apartment does have a high turnover rate but that is a result of tenants not paying their rent or violating the rules. Criminal activity is not tolerated and I have only seen one break-in of an apartment in close to four years (surprising for the area). If you put in a work order the maintenance crew show up right away to fix it, and they are also very nice guys.

I recommend this apartment complex if your looking for a quiet, safe, clean place to live that will not break your pocket book.
