I have lived here for over 5 years, never was late on rent, never had any complaints, nothing.... I decided to buy a home, i have been going month to month for i dont know how long here, paying that extra 100 dollars... *for nothing, i might add*... So, escrow went about 2 weeks faster than it should have, and they are still saying that I need to give them 30 days notice, to get more money out of me. The office is difficult to work with.. and the place as seriously gone "down hill" in the last 2 years or so.. No real screening of tenants, lots of noise.. parking SUCKS.... All and all, im extremely excited about moving, not only to a house, but to get out of a neighborhood that used to be great, that has slipped away..... If you want to live here, try Monoco park, they are the same builder, beautiful apartments, with less pains in the butts working.. Oh i forgot, my car was broken into as well... radio stolen about a month or so ago. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
