"Noble" Park From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived here for one year and have to say it's the best apartment I've ever lived. I don't even consider it an apartment -- they are built to condo specs and the units and grounds are superb for being 7 years old. It might just be my building, but it is very quiet! Maybe it's just great insulation. I got a great move-in deal, and the location is central to all my needs. This will be the last apartment I ever live in before I purchase a house.
