This place used to be nice. The management used to care about the property. However, I am going to move in 3 months when my lease expires because of the decline of the property.

Shoddy workmanship!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible new paint job. My carpet is mismatched colors. I have reported multiple safety violations such as cracks, slippery walkways, nails sticking out of my carpet and got no response other than a grinning face saying "we'll take care of this." Nothing happens. I see maintenance people here. I guess they just walk around aimlessly.

The only positive thing I have to see is that I feel safe here, my car has not been vandalized, there is no gang graffiti, and it is quiet for an apartment complex.

Too bad they are letting this place slide.
